The family firm in Uettingen belongs to the TOP-100 middle class employers.

Friday, 30th of January 2009 – RENOfloor is one of the 100 best employers among the German middle class. In the course of a festival in Duisburg, the retired Federal Minister of Economics, Wolfgang Clement, awarded the firm with the seal of quality “TOP-job“ and congratulated the manageress Christine Häderer on her success.
The Franconia family firm is characterized by producing and selling prefabricated elements that are easily layed on surfaces. On the nationwide and intersectoral firm-ranking called “TOP-job”, RENOfloor could convince of its excellent personnel work. The base of this was a test  of several hours made by the Institute of Leadership and Personnel Management of the University St. Gallen, that tested 212 middle class firms in Germany. The scientists rated the management strategy of the firm and also tested its realisation and effect within an employee attitude survey. Thereby we see that RENOfloor-employees have best conditions for their professional and personal career.
